New Zealand
We charge a flat rate of $7.50 for most orders within Aotearoa New Zealand, except for lampshades, which are $25.
In most instances we use a tracked courier service for parcels, but in some cases we may not be able to offer tracking to your delivery point, for example, if the parcel is handed over to a rural delivery driver for the final leg. We don’t change extra for rural delivery.
International
We are currently only shipping to Australia . Please use the shipping calculator on the shopping cart to work out the cost for shipping your order.
All international orders will be sent via New Zealand Post’s Economy Service (around a 2 week target delivery, but may be subject to delays depending on your location and the time of year).
We are not currently shipping to the European Union as we are unable to comply with requirements to have a local representative.
It is a legal requirement for us to attach a customs declaration to the outside of each international package we send, and this will be marked as merchandise. Any customs charges, clearance fees, taxes and levies that are imposed by the destination country are the responsibility of the person named on the address label.
