What we share with others

We share information with third parties who help us manage our business so we can provide orders and store services to you. For example:

  • Shipping providers: we use GoSweetSpot to help us chose the best courier provider for your order. Their system generates our shipping labels, and passes the delivery details on to the selected courier company.
    GoSweetSpot’s Privacy Policy
includes information about how they use the information we share with them.
  • Our accountants: If you order from overseas for delivery outside Aotearoa, we don’t collect GST on your purchase. We may need to provide your name and location to our accountant to support the transaction on our GST return.

Payments

We accept payment in two ways:

  • Bank transfer: after you make the payment we will see the name of the account holder on our transaction listing.
  • WooPayments: when processing payments, some of your data will be passed to Stripe, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.
Please see the Stripe Privacy Policy for more details.
